Spinach Basil Pesto
Fresh pesto is such an amazing addition to your whole food diet. For my clients I recommend you use this in plenty on Low Carb days. It goes great on zucchini noodles, toss with roasted veggies, or even just as a dip. My family even likes this one as a condiment to protein: steak, chicken, seafood. Last week I posted a Chicken Pesto Salad, but this one can be used anywhere!⠀
Now, if you look at @bakeritablogInstagram, you will see a WHOLE lot of amazing Leg Day treats. ha.. but honestly, I don't think many people struggle with finding treats as much as they struggle with finding enough good healthy fats.⠀
