Sweet Potato Foil Packets
This is an oldie by a goodie. I realized I have posted a TON of low carb recipes lately as part of my Monday's Recipe series. So many clients struggle with our Low Carb meals in the FASTer Way to Fat Loss® food cycle, so that has been my focus. But, I have had a clients lately ask for more recipe idea for meals with balanced macro nutrients..... aka.... more whole food carbohydrates.
I think my family has been eating this recipe since Natalie with Perry's Plate first posted it in 2011. Maybe I found it in 2012. Either way... its a favorite and something that is always in rotation.
It's very flexible, too. Switch out the protein for lower fat ground turkey. Omit the cheese. Add jalapeños. Let me know if you try this one and what adjustments you made!
