Gluten Free Low Carb Crab Cakes
Super easy, and super yummy. That’s the way we roll. I don’t have time for complicated, but I also love enjoying a great dinner. A friend told me about this recipe and I’ve made it several times since then, so figured it was time to share it with you!
I have really enjoyed making it with the lump crab I get at Costco. Not sure why, but it’s my favorite. And I use an Avocado oil based mayonnaise to keep it super clean.
We’ve so far served it with asparagus and broccoli. But, I bet it would taste great with almost any green veggie.
And, I’ve even considered making them bite size and bring to a party!

Taco seasoning can be used on SO much more than just ground beef, give it a try! Vegetables, popcorn, salads, soup and so many other proteins. ⠀ ⠀ I usually cut the salt down, just because I tend to swell quickly if I eat too much salt. And, if that's the case I'm going to save my salt intake for tortilla chips. Just being real here.
